Planovik AI Web Application
The Planovik AI web application is available at app.planovik.pro. It is built for instant responsiveness with local data saving and automatic cloud synchronization.
1. Module Ribbon
Section titled “1. Module Ribbon”Switch between application features using the left navigation ribbon. Module order can be customized (shortcuts 1 – 9 match the top-to-bottom order):

2. Task Views
Section titled “2. Task Views”Several view modes are available for visualizing your work in the Tasks module:
- List / Table: Classic compact view.
- Cards: Visual grid layout.
- Calendar: Planning by days, weeks, and months.
- Gantt Chart: Visualizing task timeline and sequence.
- Eisenhower Matrix: Grouping by urgency and importance.
- Project Lists: Grouping tasks by project areas.
3. Reliable Storage and Synchronization
Section titled “3. Reliable Storage and Synchronization”The application saves your changes locally in the browser. You can continue working even without an internet connection:
- All edits are instantly saved locally (IndexedDB).
- Once connected, data automatically syncs with the cloud server.
- Status indicator in the top bar displays current sync state (All changes saved or Syncing).
4. Personalization and Account Settings
Section titled “4. Personalization and Account Settings”Account settings modal offers:
- Themes: Light, Dark, or System (auto-adapts to OS preferences).
- Interface Language: Russian and English.
- API Keys: Key generation for external developer integrations.
- Calendar Integration: Two-way schedule synchronization with Google and Yandex Calendars.
4.1. Backup Management & Seamless Data Import
Section titled “4.1. Backup Management & Seamless Data Import”Planovik AI includes a powerful data migration and backup center:
- Trello Import: Import boards, lists, cards, subtasks, and labels directly from Trello JSON exports while preserving project structure.
- Todoist Import: Transfer projects, tasks, priorities, and due dates from Todoist.
- Local JSON Backups: One-click download of a full system backup file (tasks, Kanban boards, habits, finances, knowledge base).
- Cloud Backups in Google Drive & Yandex Disk: Configure automatic recurring backups exported straight to your personal cloud storage (Google Drive or Yandex Disk) for ultimate data durability.
- Safe Workspace Restore: Instantly restore any workspace state from a previously saved backup file.
