Public Offer for Planovik AI Paid Services

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer for paid access to the Planovik AI digital service.

The offer applies to purchases made through app.planovik.pro, Planovik AI mobile applications and payment links generated by the Service.

2. Acceptance of the offer

The Customer accepts this offer by checking the consent box before payment and then completing the payment. Acceptance means full agreement with the version displayed at checkout, the selected order configuration and the Privacy Policy.

3. Service and account activation

• Paid access is provided for the Start, Pro or Team plan selected at checkout.
• The exact feature set, limits, number of seats, AI quota multiplier and storage allowance are shown before payment and form part of the order.
• Access is linked to the Planovik AI account and email specified during checkout.
• Activation normally occurs automatically after payment confirmation. If activation is delayed, the Customer may contact support with the payment details.
• The service is delivered digitally. No physical delivery is provided.

4. Prices and subscription periods

The current base monthly prices are:

• Start — 159 RUB;
• Pro — 239 RUB;
• Team — 359 RUB per seat, with at least three paid seats.

The Customer may purchase 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Discounts are 0%, 5%, 10% and 20% respectively. The final price shown at checkout takes precedence and includes the selected plan, period and resources.

5. Additional resources

An active Pro or Team plan may be expanded with paid seats and storage. Paid seats and storage are charged proportionally for the remaining paid term, do not extend the subscription and expire together with it. One-time AI request packages have a fixed price, remain valid for 30 days after payment, but never beyond the active subscription end date. Purchased seats and storage cannot be reduced during the active term.

6. Payment and renewal

• Payment is made through a payment aggregator using the methods available on the payment page.
• An electronic receipt is sent to the email supplied for payment.
• Planovik AI does not automatically charge or renew subscriptions. A new period must be purchased manually.
• A new subscription period is added to the remaining term of an active subscription. When the paid term ends, paid features and add-ons become unavailable unless a new period is purchased.

7. Cancellation, claims and refunds

The Customer may cancel the service in accordance with applicable law. Refund eligibility and amount depend on whether access was activated, how much of the paid term was used and documented costs of providing access. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this offer. Requests should be sent to support@planovik.pro with the account email, payment date, amount and reason for the request.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for loss, corruption or inability to restore Customer data, including incidents caused by devices, communication networks, software, synchronization conflicts, Customer actions or third-party systems. The Customer is not liable for technical failures of the Service, payment system, communication networks or third-party systems unless caused by the Customer. The Customer must independently maintain necessary backups. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to the offer

A new version of this offer may be published. A new version applies only to purchases made after its publication and does not reduce the already paid term or resources of an existing order.
